Refund policy



Storizo Return & Exchange Policy

At Storizo, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order. Please read our policy carefully before raising a return or exchange request.


Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

All such claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for wrong items sent by us.

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
  • We will arrange a pickup and dispatch the correct item once we receive and verify the returned product

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Sealed baby products (feeding bottles, breast pumps, sterilizers, etc.)
  • Hygiene-related items (diapers, wipes, pacifiers, etc.)
  • Hotwheels and other collectible toys
  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • We are unable to deliver your order
  • The correct replacement item is unavailable

Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days of approval.


How to Raise a Request

Email customercare.storizo@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order ID
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or unboxing video

Our team will respond within 2 working days.
